At just 29 years old, Richard Hogen has already built a decade of experience in property management and entrepreneurship. His career began with a property management company where he quickly rose into a senior role, overseeing hundreds of properties and streamlining operations. From there, he became a partner in his father’s business, helping grow it into a thriving company before deciding to strike out on his own.

After moving to Connecticut, Richard launched Diamond Image LLC with a vision: to create a property services company that goes beyond maintenance and delivers true peace of mind for homeowners and investors. Drawing on his 10+ years of industry experience, he designed Diamond Image to provide full-service care — from landscaping and snow removal to inspections, cleanouts, and complete property management solutions.

What sets Richard apart is his proven ability to blend professional expertise with genuine care. He’s not just managing properties — he’s building trust, creating systems that protect client investments, and ensuring every property is treated with the same attention to detail as if it were his own.

Mike has been with Diamond Image since the early days, joining just a few months after the company first opened. He spent over a year working directly under Richard as a crew member, learning firsthand how every property should be cared for and what it takes to deliver the level of quality our clients expect. That foundation shaped him into the dependable leader he is today.

As Crew Lead, Mike oversees crews on site, ensuring every job is completed to Diamond Image’s high standards and closed out in a timely manner. With his strong understanding of both hands-on property care and technology, he keeps projects organized, documented, and running smoothly from start to finish.

Beyond operations, Mike also plays a key role in client relationships. He communicates directly with clients, explaining Diamond Image’s values and vision, while making sure they feel confident their properties are in good hands. His ability to balance leadership, communication, and execution makes him an invaluable part of the company’s success.

Administrative and Marketing Specialist

Erik plays a central role in keeping Diamond Image organized, efficient, and client-focused. With a background in operations and process management, he helps ensure that every job — from routine maintenance to full property management — runs smoothly and on schedule.

He is especially skilled at creating systems that make life easier for both clients and the team. Whether it’s standardizing property visits, keeping communication clear, or helping streamline day-to-day tasks, Erik brings structure and consistency to the way Diamond Image operates.
