Children: Our services and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

    • Jobber (CRM/booking/operations)

    • Google Workspace (email, document storage)

    • QuickBooks (accounting/invoicing)

    • DocuSign (agreements)

    • Mailchimp (email marketing)

    • Analytics/ads: GA4/Google Ads, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Nextdoor Ads

  • Payment processing via Jobber/QuickBooks and their payment partners (they handle card data; we don’t store full card numbers).

  • Field service providers/subcontractors: We may share service-address details, scope of work, access instructions, and relevant property notes/photos—only the minimum necessary to perform the job. We expect them to keep information confidential and use it solely to fulfill services.

  • Business partners such as property managers or realtors where collaboration is required to deliver your requested services.

  • Legal & safety: to comply with law, respond to valid requests, or protect rights, safety, and property.

We may also use advertising audiences/lookalikes for marketing purposes. You can contact us to adjust your marketing preferences.

10) Data Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Unless a longer/shorter period is required by law or operational needs, we generally apply these guidelines:

  • Customer & job records (invoices, agreements, service history): up to 7 years after last interaction (tax & accounting norms).

  • Quotes/estimates: about 24 months (to support follow-ups/seasonal services).

  • Communications (email/SMS/call notes): about 36 months from last interaction.

  • Marketing lists: until you unsubscribe or your contact becomes inactive; we may retain a suppression list indefinitely to honor opt-outs.

  • Web analytics: typically 26 months (or the nearest available retention setting in GA4).

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards—including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls and role-based permissions, least-privilege practices for staff and subcontractors, and vendor due diligence.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we strive to protect your information.

We operate in the United States, but some service providers may process or store data outside the U.S. (e.g., cloud backups). We take measures to use reputable providers and protect your information consistent with this Policy.

15) Photos & Project Media

We often take before/after photos to document work quality and results. Where we have permission, we may use anonymized property images for portfolio or marketing purposes. If you have questions or want to object to future use, contact us.

Note: You indicated that each photo used for marketing already carries permission. We still honor reasonable requests to limit future use.

16) Third-Party Links & Features
