Terms and Conditions:

1. Services: Diamond Image LLC provides lawn care, property cleanouts, property preservation, property management, home repair, and related services in New Haven County, CT. The specific scope of work is outlined in the estimate or quote provided to the client prior to service.

2. Estimates and Quotes: All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes after the estimate is accepted. We will notify the client of any significant changes before proceeding.

3. Scheduling: Services are scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We will confirm appointments by phone or email. Diamond Image LLC reserves the right to reschedule due to weather or other conditions outside our control.

4. Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a service. Repeated late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or suspension of service.

5. Payment: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. A $30.00 late fee will be applied to any invoice unpaid after 9 days of the due date. This policy is effective as of June 15, 2026. We accept credit card, check, and bank transfer.

6. Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing accurate property information, safe access to the work site, and notifying Diamond Image LLC of any known hazards or special conditions prior to service.

7. Property Access: By scheduling a service, the client authorizes Diamond Image LLC and its team members to access the property for the purpose of completing the agreed work.

8. Photos and Media: Diamond Image LLC may take before and after photos to document work quality. With client permission, anonymized property images may be used for portfolio or marketing purposes. Clients may request to opt out of marketing use at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability: Diamond Image LLC is not liable for pre-existing property conditions, damage caused by circumstances outside our control, or any indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

10. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of New Haven County, CT.

11. Changes to These Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
